Royal Crescent Surgery

There are steps to reception at Crescent Street which is on the first floor. A lift is also available.

There is a self-check-in screen at reception allowing you to mark yourself arrived for your appointment.  There are 3 waiting areas, and the check in screen will direct you to the correct waiting area for your appointment.  All waiting areas and clinical rooms are on one level on the first floor. Patient toilets are available along with a disabled toilet.

Parking is available for patients visiting the practice with designated disabled bays. Please park carefully and avoid blocking access. The surgery claims no responsibility for any damages whilst parking in our carpark.

A wheelchair is available for your use. If you have any access problems, please discuss with reception and we will do our best to help.

Outdoor cycle racks are available for use. No dogs are allowed inside the building apart from guide dogs or assistance dogs.

 

Preston Road Surgery

Reception and all patient areas at Preston Road Surgery are on the ground floor. There is a self-check-in screen at reception allowing you to mark yourself arrived for your appointment.

Patient toilets are available along with a disabled toilet.

Parking is available for patients visiting the practice at the back of the surgery with designated disabled bays. Please park carefully and avoid blocking access. The surgery claims no responsibility for any damages whilst parking in our carpark.

Dorchester Road Surgery

Reception is based on the ground floor along with consulting rooms and patient toilets including a disabled toilet. There is a self-check-in screen at reception allowing you to mark yourself arrived for your appointment.  A lift is available to the first floor with further consulting rooms and a disabled toilet.

There are a few steps from the car park into the surgery. There is disabled access without steps from the front of the building on Dorchester Road.

Parking is available for patients visiting the practice at the back of the surgery with designated disabled bays. Please park carefully and avoid blocking access. The surgery claims no responsibility for any damages whilst parking in our carpark.
